CLQ is dedicated to building a tight-knit, supportive community for women in the male-dominated field of Quantitative Finance. With only 20% of the industry represented by women—and even fewer in leadership roles—our goal is to provide opportunities for growth, collaboration, and hands-on experience to inspire the next generation of female leaders in finance. Through our efforts, we aim to illuminate this niche and elusive field to the talented women on our campus.
